Traditional profiling and segmentation systems were designed to predict buying behavior based on the make up of the existing buyers of the service being sold. This does not take into account the tactic used to generate the transaction. Customers who respond to Direct Mail can be, and usually are, different than those who respond to Direct Sales or Telemarketing.
Evergreen’s database of tens of millions of respondents to outbound telemarketing as a tactic allows us to predict, using our client’s demographic identifiers, the best targets to call. This can significantly reduce overall cost by eliminating calls to households that historically do not buy broadband services via telemarketing.
Language Preference List Management
Customers are traditionally more responsive to sales calls delivered in their native language. At Evergreen, we recognize this and have partnered with Latin Force to create calling lists that match Spanish-speaking customers to Spanish-speaking agents.
